Our 24/7 Service


For 365 days a year, and yes on February 29, we have an in-house 24/7 full service for our clients, including cover for our Special Assistance Programme.

Outside office hours our own experienced staff have full access to our booking systems and can see, modify, re-confirm and re-book flights and hotels and can assist in emergencies.

We have been providing this service with continually improving technologies, for over 10 years, 24/7 365 days a year.
